Jason Katz maintains a commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice covering a wide range of legal matters including bankruptcies, labor and employment disputes and regulatory matters for clients in the telecommunications, banking, energy and real estate sectors.  He has represented numerous defendants in bankruptcy adversary proceedings involving alleged fraudulent transfer and preference claims, represented a defendant/appellee in a breach of contract case and subsequent appeal, represented numerous plaintiffs in breach of contract matters, and represented employers in numerous employment disputes dealing with the enforcement of employment contracts.
