Kevin Keith has achieved an AV® rating, the highest rating for legal ability awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. He concentrates his practice on civil trial and appellate cases involving breach of contract claims, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, professional negligence and insurance law. As the leader of the firm's growing practice in appellate law, Mr. Keith provides counsel in a wide range of litigation support and civil appellate law matters, including the handling of all state and federal appeals.
Mr. Keith has been Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1987. In addition, he has served on state Civil Appellate Rules Committees and has been a lecturer at numerous legal conferences on topics that include civil appellate law and medical malpractice defense.
