Austin Evans is a knowledgeable and experienced civil litigator. He has been practicing law for over 10 years, and his practice covers an array of legal matters including utilities, probate litigation, debt collection, contract disputes, labor disputes, Internet services, financial services, evictions and real estate.

Austin attended Texas Tech University School of Law and earned his law degree in 2002 and graduated magna cum laude. A native of Oklahoma, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology.
Currently, Austin is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

• Represented individual against former spouse to recover money loaned to spouse and obtained a verdict of over $30,000 for client
• Represents debt collection companies that require services ranging from demand letters to garnishments
• Represents family owned and operated businesses that require services ranging from filing mechanic's liens to debt collection
• Represents third party administrator in litigation arising out of self-funded employee benefit plans
