David Henry joined the firm in September of 2010 as an associate attorney. Although his primary focus is on commercial litigation, David also handles a wide variety of matters for clients of the firm.

David had the honor of working for the Texas Supreme Court on a Judicial Commission chaired by the Honorable Harriett O’Neill. He also worked for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske, U.S. Magistrate for the Western District of Texas.

David graduated from Baylor School of Law, cum laude, where he received a prestigious scholarship for Academic Excellence and was Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. During his time at Baylor, David participated in numerous advocacy programs including Mock Trial, Moot Court, Client-Counseling and Alternative Dispute Resolution. David was also involved in Baylor’s notorious and highly regarded Practice Court program. During this grueling six-month period, students litigate lawsuits from beginning to end and gain valuable practical legal experience.

David completed his undergraduate studies at Texas State University in San Marcos where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and recognition on the Dean’s List.
