Victoria Yarkho graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and began her legal career in 2004. Her practice focuses on representing clients in corporate and real estate transactions. She brings new ideas in the practice areas of commercial real estate, business and commercial transactions, corporate, partnership and LLC formations and mergers and acquisitions.

While attending Southern Methodist, Victoria had the opportunity to work in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District. One of her many duties included researching legal issues for the civil litigation and white collar crime departments. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas and received numerous honors from the university.

Victoria was a member of the SMU Law Review and actively participated in the Corporate Law Society and International Law Society. She is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Currently, Victoria is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Victoria is a native of Russia and is fluent in the Russian language.
