When Randal Brown first met his neighbor, Bill Hayward, neither of them knew they would develop a working relationship that would endure for more than 30 years. Mr. Brown had just purchased a fast food franchise and was in the process of getting the restaurant up and running. As Bill Hayward began to regularly provide counsel and guidance, he became a part of the growth of this new enterprise. He handled all things legal, including the transactions for all real estate acquisitions. Mr. Brown eventually opened 50 locations of these franchise restaurants.
