Claire L. Wiswell vigorously advocates on behalf of companies and individuals in litigation matters involving business torts, premises liability, construction defects, contract disputes, wrongful death, products liability, labor and employment issues, healthcare liability, medical malpractice, and business disputes. She represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including developing pre-trial and trial strategy, arbitration, advising clients on regulatory compliance and negotiating settlements.
A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Claire is licensed in both the State of Texas and the State of New Mexico. During her studies, she was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and was regularly listed on the Dean’s List. She clerked for Judge Sue Walker in the Second Court of Appeals of Texas and for Judge Leslie Hatch in the 237th Civil District Court. Claire also holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
