Hillary Lynch is an associate with experience representing clients in a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, real estate litigation and breach of contract, fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims. She has previously represented attorneys in legal malpractice claims and accounting professionals as well.
Hillary is creative and forward-thinking, willing to investigate a range of options before settling on a strategy that she feels best suits her client’s needs. Mindful of the opposing side’s motivations and weak points, she is quick to establish a strategy favoring a result for her client. A six-time marathoner, Hillary can be formidable when it comes to knowing the law and performing in the courtroom. However, she has the ability to reason with opposing counsel in order to eliminate unnecessary courtroom appearances.
She received her law degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Miami University in 2001. Prior to law school, Hillary was employed by the Great American Insurance Group in its bond division.
