Jason Katz maintains a diverse practice comprised of complex business litigation and bankruptcy cases covering a wide range of legal matters. Jason has experience representing clients in breach of contract cases, employment disputes, construction litigation, agency disputes, claims based on fraud and various other types of litigation and bankruptcy cases. In addition to representing creditors in high-profile bankruptcies, Jason has experience prosecuting and defending adversary proceedings and representing debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Jason has experience handling appeals related to his trials in both state court and bankruptcy courts.
