Mr. Keith is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, and he has been Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1987. He has tried more than twenty cases to verdict as a first chair civil trial attorney. He has also handled over 100 state and federal civil appeals as lead appellate counsel. In addition, Mr. Keith has served on state Civil Appellate Rules committees and has been a lecturer at numerous legal conferences on civil appellate law and medical malpractice defense topics.
Mr. Katz handles complex commercial litigation cases and bankruptcy work covering a wide range of legal matters. He has represented clients in breach of contract cases, employment disputes, construction litigation, agency disputes, claims based on fraud, and various other types of litigation and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Katz earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2002, his M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1999 and graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in History in 1997. Jason’s successful practice earned him recognition in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Rising Stars edition of Super Lawyers published by Thomson Reuters in Texas Monthly Magazine.
